🎂 THE MIXER SITUATION IS GETTING REAL. 😂

Okay, y’all… your girl is tired of fighting with these mixers. 😂

I currently have 5 mixers, and 3 of them need new parts. That means I’m quickly headed toward opening with only 2 working mixers — and for a bakery, that is NOT exactly the dream. 😅

Keep in mind we bought a bakery equipment set that went out of business seven years ago.

But honestly, it’s not just the mixers. The cost of the new fridge doesn’t help either. 😂

But guess what? None of that is changing our plans. We are still headed toward opening on the same day and at the same time I’m planning. We’re just working through a few unexpected challenges along the way.
