About the event
Join me and decorating a small chocolate decadent cake during this class you’ll be using a Swiss meringue chocolate frosting to frost your cake as well as a chocolate ganache for drips and you’ll be dipping your own chocolate covered strawberries. All cakes would be a 6 inch small size double layer cake enough for 4 to 6 people on average.
You won’t learn all techniques and then you will take your supplies home in a box for you to enjoy right before Valentine
No outside food or drink aloud, but you are able to order drinks and woodfired pizza on site so come on out bring your friends and let’s enjoy some delicious cake decorating together
